Fans ejected and smoke bombs let off

THREE Yeovil Town fans were ejected from the ground today (Saturday, November 30, 2013) during the Glovers’ excellent 3-0 victory at Watford in the Sky Bet Championship.

Police on duty at the game have reported that three travelling fans were thrown out of the Vicarage Road ground, while there was also an issue of a smoke bomb being set off in the away end.

There were also reports of travelling Yeovil fans stupidly setting off a smoke bomb at Waterloo Station on their arrival in London.

The actions of those responsible for the smoke bomb at Waterloo have been criticised by other Yeovil supporters on social networking site Twitter.

Nearly 1,000 Yeovil fans were at today’s game in Hertfordshire which attracted an overall crowd of 15,263.

It should be noted that Yeovil Town supporters generally have an excellent reputation for behaviour.
