Road smash at Henstridge

FIREFIGHTERS from Yeovil were among those who attended a crash involving one vehicle this afternoon (Saturday, November 16, 2013) at Henstridge.

Two fire engines from Wincanton and Sturminster Newton, plus a rescue tender from Yeovil, were mobilised at just before 4pm to reports of a person being trapped inside a vehicle at Towns End.

Officers discovered that nobody was trapped, but that the driver was in the care of ambulance personnel.
