Chimney fire at Ilchester
FIREFIGHTERS were called out this afternoon (Sunday, June 16) to deal with a chimney fire at a property in Ilchester.
The alarm was raised at just before 1.45pm and one fire engine was called out to deal with the incident at Almshouse Lane.
The fire involved a woodburning stove and officers used chimney gear to deal with it.
