Make sure garden sheds are secure, warn police

POLICE are reminding people living in rural areas to make sure their sheds and out-buildings are properly secured from the threat of criminals.

There are on-going issues regarding thefts – including the theft of fuel – within the Stoke-sub-Hamdon area.

A police spokesman said: ‘’Regular patrols will be carried out throughout the area, as well as information and security measures to be given to householders.’’
