Suspicious car fire on Westfield estateFIREFIGHTERS were called out early this morning to deal with a car fire on the Westfield estate in Yeovil.

One fire engine was mobilised from Yeovil Fire Station at just after 5am to deal with the incident in Westfield Place.

Firefighters found one vehicle on the driveway of a property well alight.

A spokesman for the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: ‘’Police were also in attendance due to the suspicious nature of the fire.’’
