THE forthcoming Good Friday market in Yeovil is set to open its stalls in Lowers Middle Street this year with a large variety of different products and produce for buyers to choose from.Good Friday means a good market for Yeovil

The Bank Holiday market, the district’s biggest, is to be held on Friday, March 29, from 9am till 3pm. Car parking for visitors is located nearby.

The market offers a wide range of products and produce ranging from good food – from fast food outlet to local home-made bread, cheese pies and pasties; ethnic clothing, china, toys, and shabby chic, handbags, men’s and ladies clothing & underwear, summer sandals and sunglasses and silver jewellery.

Rugs, pictures, fabric and foam to furnish your home. There’s even a little something for your pets; pet food and pet beds.

Visiting the market to see what’s on offer is an attractive option for all residents and visitors who are stuck for ideas to entertain the family this Good Friday Bank Holiday. Visit the market and enjoy the friendly atmosphere as you browse and buy products from the stalls.

South Somerset District Council’s Area South chairman, Cllr Tony Fife, said: “All are welcome to visit and to see the difference a vibrant market makes to the town centre.”
