Garador appoints new national sales manager

YEOVIL garage door manufacturer Garador has appointed Roy Sargant as the new national sales manager.

Roy joined the Yeovil company as a group merchant manager over two and a half years ago. Since then Roy has worked hard to establish a structured and coordinated approach to Garador’s merchant relationships and is looking forward to taking this next step.

Roy said: “I’m thrilled to accept the role of national sales manager at Garador, and am committed to investing in the growth of the business.”

Simon Hipgrave, managing director of Garador, added: “Roy’s new position will allow for a fully integrated sales approach as he will provide a central point of contact for all of our account managers.

“We work hard to support our team in their career progression and therefore it is to have been able to fill this position internally. I am looking forward to working with Roy more closely as he takes this next step in his career.”

The news of Roy’s appointment follows the recent announcement that Garador has extended its factory in Yeovil, making it the most modern of its kind in Europe.
