''The personnel at RNAS Yeovilton are highly skilled and motivated and it has been a pleasure working with them to maintain the Air Stations reputation at the forefront of Naval Aviation.”

Commodore Chivers leaves RNAS Yeovilton to take up a position with the Military Aviation Authority (MAA) in Bristol, providing the regulatory framework for all aspects of military aviation.
