FirstBuy funds running out for home buyers in Yeovil

FIRST TIME home buyers in Yeovil are being given one final opportunity to take advantage of the Government-backed FirstBuy scheme as funds are now running out.

The scheme was specifically designed to help first time buyers take their first step onto the property ladder and Barratt sales director Caroline Hill said it has proved hugely popular with buyers at the Wyndham Park development.

However all good things come to an end and buyers in the region now have limited time to take advantage of the FirstBuy benefits.

The scheme is designed to help buyers get onto the property ladder with loans of up to 20 per cent of the price of the property, jointly funded by Barratt and the Government’s Homes and Communities Agency.

Buyers then have to find the remaining 80 per cent of the price themselves made up of the mortgage and deposit.

Homes currently available from Barratt at Wyndham Park include a range of two, three and four bedroom homes with prices from £147,500.

For further details of current availability please contact Barratt on 01803-296150 or visit www.barratthomes.co.uk
