An Evening with Johnny Kingdom
MARTOCK Cricket Club are hosting a fundraising evening with wildlife presenter, film maker, photographer and all round entertainer JohnnyKingdom (pictured).
He is coming to Martock to give one of his wildlife talks on Sunday, November 18, at 7pm for 7.30pm start in Martock Parish Hall in Church Street, Martock.
He has recently been to Alaska filming brown bears for an hour's special programme to be shown on BBC4 over Christmas.
He will be talking about this, along with stories about his life as a quarryman, gravedigger and poacher. This is the second time Johnny has been to Martock and if it is anything like the last time, it will be a very entertaining and enjoyable evening.
A licensed bar and refreshments will be available.
