SOMERSET NEWS: Girl, 17, approached by two men in suspicious incident
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a suspicious incident in Glastonbury in which a 17-year-old girl was approached by two men.
The incident happened on the A361 Chilkwell Street/Coursing Batch area of the town between 9.30pm and 11pm on Friday, August 19, 2016.
A police spokesman said: “Two men wearing dark coloured clothing approached a 17-year-old girl before driving off in a dark coloured vehicle.”
Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident, or who saw anything suspicious, is asked to call 101 quoting reference 5216185485.
