YEOVIL NEWS: Man punched in face outside nightclub

POLICE are appealing for the public's help in identifying two men who may have been involved in an assault outside a Yeovil nightclub.

CCTV images have just been released by the police and are hoping that someone might be able to put names to the faces.

A police spokesman said: “We're trying to trace these two men as we believe they may have information about an assault outside a Yeovil nightclub.

“The incident happened at approximately 2am on Friday, September 11, 2015, on Stars Lane.”

A 26-year-old man was punched twice in the face and was taken to YeovilDistrictHospital as a precaution after being knocked unconscious. He sustained a broken nose and bruising to his face.

Anyone who recognises the two men pictured, or who has any other information about the incident, is asked to call 101 quoting reference 100431/15.
