SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Shop burglary at Milborne Port

POLICE are investigating a shop burglary committed at Milborne Port in the early hours of Sunday (June 14, 2015) and asking for anyone with information about the burglary or offered cheap tobacco products to contact them.

One of line of enquiry the police are working on is that a vehicle believed to have been used in the incident was a silver Nissan.

A police spokesman said: “The burglary was reported at 1am. Two men forced their way into a convenience store in Sherborne   Road and raided the tobacco cabinet, stealing a substantial amount of cigarettes and rolling tobacco.”
