SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Chimney fire at Crewkerne

FIREFIGHTERS were called out this afternoon (Sunday, March 15, 2015) to deal with a chimney fire at a property in Crewkerne.

The alarm was raised at just after 3.30pm to the problem at a home in Station Road.

Officers used chimney rods to tackle the fire from the hearth and checked the walls and roof space with thermal imaging camera.
