YEOVIL NEWS: Motorcyclist left injured in hit-and-run
POLICE are appealing for the public’s help for information after a hit-and-run incident in Yeovil
The incident happened at about 7.10am on Monday (February 2, 2015) at the Westland Road and Beer Street crossroads.
A police spokesman said: “A car was in collision with a motorbike and failed to stop – driving off in the direction of Beer Street.
“The motorcyclist suffered an injury to his right foot and received attention at the scene.”
The car has been described as a small dark coloured vehicle, possibly a Peugeot.
The spokesman added: “If you are able to help, please contact Yeovil police on the force number 101, quoting reference 20150202-0099/PC Sims.”
