SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Carnival needs YOU!

THE annual meeting and presentation night of the South Petherton Carnival will be held tonight (Tuesday, October 7, 2014).

The meeting will be held at the Blake Hall in South Petherton from 8pm and will include the presentation of donations, the election of committee, other business and a look ahead to next year’s Carnival.

A Carnival spokesman said: “For the Carnival to survive and improve we must have more volunteers.

“We need you! If you want a better Carnival please come along to the meeting.”

The spokesman added: “Many hands make light work and every little helps.”
