YEOVIL NEWS: Woman found with suspected heroin

A WOMAN was arrested in Yeovil on suspicion of being in possession of heroin following a "stop-search" by officers outside a home in the town.

PC George Pettingell, speaking on social media, said the arrest was made on Thursday (October 2, 2014) outside an "address in the east of Yeovil."

He is now urging people in Yeovil to come forward if they think that anti-social behaviour in their area is linked to drug dealing.

“If you are suffering from anti-social behaviour in your area that you believe may be linked to drug dealing – please let me or one of the police team know and we will do our best to help,” said PC Pettingell.
