YEOVIL NEWS: We should be mightily proud of our hospital, says MP

YEOVIL MP David Laws has congratulated Yeovil District Hospital on the fantastic news that it has been ranked in the Top Ten in Macmillan’s national league table of hospital trusts for caring for patients with cancer.

The national league table compares the performance of hospitals across the country against measures of patients’ experience whilst they are being treated in hospital.

“This is absolutely fantastic news and serves as a real testament to all the hard work put in by the staff at Yeovil Hospital,” said Mr Laws.

“We can be mightily proud that our local hospital offers some of the best care for patients fighting cancer of any hospital in the country.”
