POLICE are appealing for the public’s help to identify a man in Yeovil who has been caught on CCTV.YEOVIL NEWS: Police need help in identifying man

The man (pictured right) may have useful information to assist police with an investigation into a racially aggravated public order offence that occurred in the town.

The incident happened on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, at about 9.20am in Stars Lane when a man began making obscene and racist comments to another man, who was with his four-year-old daughter.

A police spokesman said: “We believe the man pictured was in the area at the time of the incident and may have information to help our enquiries.

“We would like the man, or anyone recognising him, to contact Yeovil police station on the force number 101, quoting reference 86163/14.”
