YEOVIL NEWS: Westlife singer concert cancelled at Westlands

A CONCERT featuring Westlife singer Shane Filan at Westlands leisure complex in Yeovil has been cancelled.

The venue’s website has announced that the event – set to be held later this month on July 18, 2014 – has been called off.

The singer will also be performing at the Blake Hall in Bridgwater the following evening on July 19, 2014.

The Westlands website said: “Tickets will be honoured at the Bridgwater venue or, if preferred, a refund given.”

The Westlands website does not say why the concert featuring the front man of former Irish boy band Westlife has been cancelled.

Westlife sold over 45 million records worldwide between 1998 and 2012 and had 14 number-one singles in the UK.
