YEOVIL NEWS: Family pay tribute to crash victim

THE family of a 31-year-old Yeovil man who died in a collision on the A359 near Wanstrow on Monday (May 19, 2014) have released a tribute.

Dean Yates, from Yeovil, was a pillion passenger on a motorcycle which was in collision with a tractor.

His family have released the following tribute: “Dean was a loving father, brother, uncle and beloved son.

“In his short life he was loved by many for his calm, fun loving and comical demeanour and he will be missed by all, but never forgotten.”

Mr Yates died as a result of the injuries he sustained in the road crash when travelling from Wanstrow to Nunney Catch roundabout along the A359 when it collided with a tractor travelling in the opposite direction.
