SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Council admits not all bills have gone out

COUNCIL bosses have confirmed that a number of addresses in Ilminster have yet to receive their Council Tax bills for 2014-15.

The Yeovil Press had heard from one resident who was still waiting to get his bill for the financial year – although South Somerset District Council was already taking the money from his bank account via direct debit.

A council spokesman has today (Tuesday, April 22, 2014) said: “We have had reports from a small number of addresses in Ilminster who have not received their Council Tax bills.

“If you are yet to receive your bill – please call us on 01935-462462 or preferably e-mail us on revenues@southsomerset.gov.uk and our revenues team can arrange for a copy of the bill to be sent out to your address.”
