Traffic light problems in Yeovil

MOTORISTS are being advised this morning (Saturday, February 22, 2014) of problems along Preston Road in Yeovil.

The traffic lights at the Asda store are stuck on red in both directions along Preston Road, while the lights coming out of the supermarket car park are on green.

One driver told the Yeovil Press: "The lights are stuck on red both ways on Preston Road.

"It is going to be fun on a Saturday - good job Yeovil Town aren't at home. Oops!"

Yeovil Town are playing at Huish Park this afternoon when they face Doncaster Rovers in a 3pm kick-off in the Sky Bet Championship.

This website will be updated when the lights are back working.

UPDATE - 10.15am on Saturday, February 22, 2014: The traffic lights on Preston Road are now reported to be working properly again.
