Women bombarded with letters and postcards

AN INVESTIGATION into the harassment of two women in Yeovil has identified someone police believe may have information which could help officers.

Since November 2013 two women have been the victims of harassment in Yeovil. They have been bombarded with letters and postcards, two vehicles have been damaged and false accusations about them have been made.

The incidents are being investigated and enquiries have identified someone who was in the area at the time a Volkswagen campervan was damaged in Heather Road on November 30.

A police spokesman said: “We believe this person might have information which could help the investigation.

“Although the quality of the images is not great, we hope that someone will recognise the person.”
