Yeovil Town fan arrested at Derby County match

ONE Yeovil Town fan was arrested last night (Tuesday, January 29, 2014) during the Glovers’ 3-2 defeat at Derby County in the Sky Bet Championship.

Yeovil’s police liaison officer Ian Hambridge, reporting on social networking site Twitter, said the fan had been arrested for a public order offence.

It was a hugely disappointing night for the Glovers as they saw a 2-0 lead wiped out by promotion-chasing Derby who hit a winner at the end of stoppage time.

The result left Yeovil at the bottom of the Championship table.
