Collision on outskirts of Yeovil

FIREFIGHTERS were called out this afternoon (Tuesday, October 22, 2013) to deal with a two-car collision in a narrow lane on the outskirts of Yeovil.

The alarm was raised at just before 3.15pm to Netherton Lane at Sutton Bingham when police called for help from the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.

Crews from Yeovil and Martock were mobilised and officers made the vehicles safe and winched them apart. Nobody was trapped inside the two cars.
