Middle Street assault in Yeovil

POLICE are hoping to identify the man in this CCTV image following an assault in Middle Street, Yeovil.

The incident occurred on Sunday, March 3, at around 2.45am between the Real China and Woods Wine Bar.

A police spokesman said: ''A man was assaulted and received a head injury that required hospital treatment. We believe the man pictured may have valuable information to help their investigation.''

Anyone that recognises him, or the man himself, is asked to contact police on 101 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
