New face at Connells in Yeovil

CONNELLS estate agents have announced the appointment of Russell Chapman (pictured) at its Yeovil branch.

Russell joins the company from a local lettings agent and will oversee all rental activity at the office in his new role.

He brings a well-rounded knowledge of the Yeovil area to Connells having already worked with local tenants and landlords in his career to date.

Also a private landlord of five years, Russell has developed a strong understanding of the Yeovil lettings market and has dealt with a wide variety of would-be tenants in the town on a professional and personal level.

“I am delighted to join Connells Lettings in Yeovil,” he said.  “I join the branch on the back of a successful 2012 and am eager to build upon the excellent support the company provides customers in the area.”

The Princes Street branch, which has hosted a lettings provision since May last year, saw an upturn in activity in January as landlords and would-be tenants returned to the market following the distractions of the holiday period.

Russell expects to see even more customers come into the branch in the coming weeks as the market regains momentum in 2013.
