Firefighers called to Westland Leisure Complex

TWO fire engines were called to the Westland Leisure Complex in Westbourne Close, Yeovil, to deal with an incident. The alarm was raised yesterday afternoon at just before 3.30pm to a small fire within a fluorescent light fitting. Two fire engines from Yeovil attended the incident, but officers found the fire was out by the time they got there.

THREE fire engines from Yeovil were called out last night to deal with reports of a problem at a property in Montacute. The alarm was raised at just before 7pm to a property in Windmill Lane where a fuse box was sparking. Fire officers found that there had been a small fire in the fuse of the consumer board, but was out by the time they got to the property.
