YEOVIL NEWS: Plans to open new bar area upstairs at Wetherspoon pub in Yeovil

THE Wetherspoon pub in Yeovil could soon be increasing its space for customers by opening upstairs as as extra bar area.

Pub chain JD Wetherspoon has submitted plans to South Somerset District Council for the development of the existing first floor and flat roof area to “customer area and garden terrace” at the William Dampier hostelry in Middle Street.

The proposals include the change of use of existing residential flats to make way for the extra customer areas.
