YEOVIL NEWS: Witnesses wanted to handbag snatch in Yeovil

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a handbag snatch in Yeovil.

The incident happened between 7.15pm and 7.35pm on Sunday, November 5, 2017, in Mitchelmore Road.

The victim was walking to work when another woman grabbed her handbag. A man who was with the woman suspect – who did not take part in the incident – left the scene with the woman.

The suspect had mentioned she had a pin when taking the handbag.

She is described as a white woman, about 5ft 5ins tall with brown hair, between 35-40 years old with light coloured eyes.

There is no description for the man.
