GLOVERS ON MONDAY: What happened on this day in Yeovil Town’s history on July 31?

July 31, 2012: Llanelli 3, Yeovil Town 5: Goals by Ince, Sam Foley, James Hayter (two) and Ugwu gave Yeovil Town a 5-3 pre-season friendly success at Llanelli. A crowd of 137 was at the match.

July 31, 2010: Torquay United 1, Yeovil Town 0: Yeovil Town went down to a 1-0 defeat at Torquay United in a pre-season friendly. A crowd of 914 was at the match.

July 31, 2007: Dorchester Town 0, Yeovil Town 0: This pre-season friendly fixture turned out to be a 0-0 draw.

July 31, 2006: Tiverton Town 0, Yeovil Town 1: Yeovil Town won 1-0 at Tiverton in a pre-season friendly with the winning goal coming from Clarke on 90 minutes. A crowd of 518 was at the match.

July 31, 2004: Torquay United 2, Yeovil Town 4: Goals from Bartosz Tarachulski (three) and Adrian Caceres gave Yeovil Town a 4-2 success at Torquay in a pre-season friendly. A crowd of 1,429 was at the match.

July 31, 1999: Yeovil Town 0, Fulham 3: Yeovil Town lost 3-0 to Fulham in a pre-season friendly match which was used as a testimonial for legendary former manager Alec Stock. A crowd of 2,381 watched the match at Huish Park.

July 31, 1993: Yeovil Town 1, Swansea City 2: Yeovil Town lost 2-1 at Huish Park to Swansea City in a pre-season friendly. A crowd of 1,038 was at the match.

July 31, 1990: Chippenham Town 0, Yeovil Town 2: Yeovil won 2-0 at Chippenham in a pre-season friendly. A crowd of 150 was at the match.
