GLOVERS NEWS: Yeovil Town sign AFC Bournemouth midfielder on loan
YEOVIL Town have signed midfielder Ben Whitfield on loan from Premier League outfit AFC Bournemouth for a six-month period.
The 20-year-old will stay at Huish Park until January 2017 and will be looking for League Two match action.
He has become the Glovers’ fifth loan player currently at Yeovil with the others being Matt Butcher (AFC Bournemouth), Liam Shepherd (Swansea City), Ryan Hedges (Swansea City) and Tahvon Campbell (West Brom).
It is expected that Whitfield will go into Yeovil’s squad for today’s (Saturday, August 27, 2016) League Two clash at Doncaster Rovers.
