SOMERSET NEWS: Body found in River Parrett
POLICE announced today (Monday, July 25, 2016) that they had found the body of a man in the River Parrett.
The police said this afternoon that a body had been found to Carey’s Mill in Martock.
It comes after the police launched an appeal to find 63-year-old missing Somerset man David Kelly a few days ago.
Police reported that Mr Kelly had not been seen since Thursday (July 21, 2016) in the Hurst Park area of Martock.
But the police reported this afternoon: “The family of missing person David Kelly have been made aware.
“We are currently awaiting formal ID of the body.”
