SOMERSET NEWS: Kitchen fire at residential home
TWO fire engines from Taunton were called out this afternoon (Monday, June 13, 2016) following reports of an oven on fire at a residential home.
The alarm was raised at just before 12.30pm to the incident at Wilton Street, Taunton, and on arrival the firefighters discovered there had been a small fire in a ground floor kitchen involving the oven which had been put out by home staff.
Firefighters made an inspection of the area to make sure it was safe.
