SOMERSET NEWS: Child gets leg stuck in chair

A CHILD had to be helped by firefighters yesterday (Friday, June 3, 2016) after getting their leg stuck in a chair.

The Fire Service was called out at just before 11am to the incident at The Cooperage in Frome and one fire engine from the town was mobilised.

A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters confirmed one child’s foot was stuck within a chair. We used to small tools to release the child.”
