CHRISTMAS 2015: Pardoes celebrate festive season in style and raise money for hospice

HUNDREDS of Yeovil shoppers enjoyed a Christmas carols charity event and music from the award-winning Royal Navy Volunteer Band.

The festive shoppers joined in singing Christmas carols and took their chances at the huge tombola hosted by Pardoes Solicitors in Princes Street, Yeovil, last Saturday (December 19, 2015).

All money raised will now be donated to St Margaret’s Somerset Hospice.

The event was organised and driven by Pardoes' lawyer Chris Palucsis, aged 24, who in his spare time is a member of the Royal Navy Volunteer Band at HMS Heron, Yeovilton and also an instructor for the Mass Bands of the Sea Cadets.

Chris said: "This was an amazing event and helped get Yeovil fully ready for the festive celebrations as well as raising money for such a worthy charity.”
