LEISURE: Dunster by candlelight with South West Coaches

EACH Christmas the medieval village of Dunster in Somerset turns its back on the present and lights its streets in the glow of candle lanterns.

Now Yeovil-based South West Coaches will be running a trip to Dunster on Friday, December 4, 2015, for people to enjoy this year’s candlelight festivities.

Beginning with the candle lighting procession led by costumed stilt walkers, a wonderful array of free entertainment enlivens the village - fire jugglers, magicians, dancers, carol singing plus much much more.

South West Coaches will be leaving Wincanton at 1pm and then from Yeovil at 2pm and prices are £17.95 for adults and £13.50 for children – this includes the return park and ride far from Minehead to Dunster.
