ELECTIONS: Martock goes True Blue
CONSERVATIVES have won both Martock seats up for grabs on South Somerset District Council.
It has been announced this afternoon (Friday, May 8, 2015) that Neil Brian Bloomfield (1,610 votes) and Graham Harold Middleton (1,513 votes) topped the poll.
It means Patrick Palmer, standing for the Liberal Democrats, misses out having polled 1,126 votes in yesterday's district council election.
Ben Ingram, of the LibDems, polled 809 votes and Labour candidate Chris Bragg gained 469.
