SOMERSET NEWS: Child rescued after getting locked-in

A YOUNG child was rescued this morning (Saturday, February 28, 2015) after getting locked in a home in Taunton.

One fire engine was sent out at just after 7.30am to the property in Samuels Court.

A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters gained access to the property through the upstairs window using a ladder. They then opened the property and reunited the parents and child.”
