AIR DAY 2015: Deadline day for discounted Yeovilton tickets

INTERNATIONAL Air Day fans at RNAS Yeovilton have been reminded that today (Saturday, January 31, 2015) is the last day they will be able to buy discounted tickets for this year’s show.

The ever-popular Air Day will take place on Saturday, July 11, 2015, and planning is well under way for the popular event.

The Air Station was commissioned as HMS Heron on June 18, 1940, and Air Day 2015 offers the perfect opportunity to celebrate 75 glorious years of RNAS Yeovilton.

Air Day will also recognise other important naval aviation milestones, the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Taranto and 70th anniversaries of VE and VJ Days.

Air Day tickets have been available to order at a discounted ‘Earlybird’ rate with no booking fees for a limited period – click on the Air Day advert/logo found on the right side of this website for further details or at the bottom of the homepage.

But the Early Bird offer online finishes today (January 31, 2015) and tickets are priced £18 for adults, £5 for children aged five to 15 and free for children aged under five. There is no booking fee.

But, as of tomorrow (Sunday, February 1, 2015) through to July 10, 2015, tickets are priced £20 for adults, £6 for children aged five to 15 and free for children aged under five. There is a £3 booking fee.

Tickets bought on the day of Air Day on Saturday, July 11, 2015, are priced £25 for adults, £12 for children aged five to 15 and free for children aged under five. There is no booking fee.
