YEOVIL NEWS: Man kicked and stamped on in assault

POLICE have released CCTV images of some men on a New Year night out in Yeovil who may be able to help an investigation into an assault which left one man with significant facial injuries.

It happened about 0.45am on New Year’s Day outside Club Neo in South Street.

The group shown here in these CCTV images released by police outside the club may have seen what happened to the 24-year-old victim.

He was assaulted by a number of males, and whilst on the floor was kicked and stamped on causing a broken jaw which needed surgery.
