SOMERSET NEWS: CCTV pictures released over pub attack

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a brutal assault at a pub in Bridgwater.

At about 2.20am on Monday, September 22, 2014, two men were assaulted following an altercation on the dance floor at The Gallery pub in the High Street.

A police spokesman said: “One of the victims was assaulted by about seven men who knocked him to the ground and continued to attack him.

“The victim required hospital treatment as a result of the attack.

“We are keen to identify the two men in CCTV images in connection with this incident.”
