SOMERSET NEWS: Crash victim named as James Satchell

POLICE have tonight (Tuesday, September 9, 2014) named the man who died in a two-car collision on the outskirts of Yeovil last week as 18-year-old James Satchell of Bridgwater.

The collision, involving a Vauxhall Corsa and a Skoda Fabia, happened at just after midnight on the A3088 Cartgate link road on Friday (September 5, 2014).

James, who was driving the Corsa, died at the scene.

His family have released this photograph of him following the completion of the formal identification process.

They have also released a statement which reads: “We are devastated and James will be very much missed by his family and friends.”
