SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Junior motorbikes stolen
POLICE are appealing for the public’s help to find three junior motorbikes taken from the Langport area.
They were taken sometime between Monday, August 18, 2014, and Monday, August 25, 2014, from a garage at a property in Eastover.
The bikes taken were a red mini moto, a small black trials bike (suitable for a five to seven-year-old) and a small red and blue Suzuki trials bike.
A police spokesman told the Yeovil Press: “We are urging members of the public, garages and second-hand shops to be vigilant and contact the police if they are offered any or all of the motorbikes.
“We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen one or more people acting suspiciously in the Eastover area during the period the bikes disappeared. It is possible that the bikes may have been loaded on to a vehicle to be removed.”
