Rugby: Ivel Barbarians Ladies get off to a winning start!
IVEL Barbarians Ladies got the 2013-14 season off to a perfect start on Sunday (Sept 15) with a 33pts-10 victory over Westbury Ladies.
The Yeovil-based ladies put in a fine performance against a strong and determined Westbury side.
The power of some of the tackles was immense and there were absolutely no holds barred from the Ivel ladies.
The Ivel ladies are not due back in action until October 6 when they play host to Gordano Ladies.
