Police look for lorry driver

POLICE are appealing for the public’s help following a collision between a car and a lorry in Yeovil yesterday (Tuesday, October 16).

The incident is reported to have happened at about 1pm on the roundabout outside Yeovil District Hospital and involved a collision between a Vauxhall Corsa and a grey coloured HGV.

The lorry is reported to have left the scene after the collision without stopping. Police believe the letters GAF may have formed part of the lorry’s registration number.

Police are keen to hear from the driver of the lorry or anyone else who was in the area at the time who may have information to help the investigation.

If you can help police - please call 101.
